Folding early today...

I STILL BELIEVE!!!

Even if it does mean holding them here in bottom of the 8th and getting something started vs Jansen in the top of the 9th with the bottom 3 of the order coming up to bat

Got to admit super impressed with Fried today. After rough start and righted the ship. Gave us valuable innings...

That 3-2 pitch was a strike... BS.

He's called them strikes higher in the zone all afternoon for both teams

Please Gawd let us win

I told myself yesterday I would trade a Bama loss last night for a Braves win....well Bama won so I hope that doesn’t mean Braves are gonna lose

Brave to post that here but I was in the same boat yesterday.

Offense has to show up today. Blown opportunity yesterday to end it.

Sucked but you could feel it coming.

The Dodgers rival the late 90s Yankees as the 1-9 greatest at bats team I've ever seen (and they have more pop than those Yankees). They foul off good pitches and do not miss mistakes. We fought but we weren't as good 1-29 as the Dodgers and it cost us.

Dissapointed we didn't find a way but excited as hell about the next few years with this group.

We were just as good as them 1-6 but we had a drop off 7-9 and they didn’t.

True.

But every high school player in America knows that you never run into the first out of the inning at home plate.

Never.

And WTF was Riley doing?? That’s common sense that Dansby keeps them in a rundown while you get to 3rd.

He would have score on Pache slow roller

The Swanson/Riley rundown was the point at which I knew the game was over last night. They were too emotionally fragile to come back from that.

Swanson/Riley
yes, that was sloppy baseball. And the Dodgers continued ability to steal home runs.

All that said, great season! Braves just need some pitching help to get a solid 3 starters at least.
