on sat morning anymore.
They used to bring him on College Gameday and I'm shocked they don't bring him on SEC Nation at least for his take on the weekend.

Don't watch anything except the games. I pulled the plug on all those stupid fricking "experts" years ago.

I recall last year he was in a big contract negotiations with ESPN... he might have opted out of certain responsibilities unless he got more money.

GameDay has been unwatchable for the last several years. After Herbstreit’s SJW cry fest a few weeks ago, I’ll never turn it on again.

During his last negotiations he had Spotify courting him in what would have been a similar landmark deal like The Ringer. It's thought that Finebaum would have made $10s of millions and took most of his audience with him.
It spooked ESPN execs who gave him a raise and allowed him not to travel as much...Finebaum didn't enjoy Sec Nation nor the travel.
It's pretty well known among his friends that he wants to move back to Birmingham.
As far as being on ESPN, he's on Get Up all the time. Greenburg likes him.

Mr.Finebaum is the best thing going on ESPN .He keeps the SEC in the spotlight for you all. H es the genuine mccoy .. Better than fakes like Herbstreit and Desmond Howard .. Jesse Palmer is best anaylyst ..the rest are garbage
