He's a small time guy in a big time game. He's a great guy who you'd love to have as a neighbor or in your family, but he is the embodiment of the Peter principle. Hes managed to set himself and his family up for generational money, and good for him for doing so, but he's just not a big time coach. His schtick works great at Arkansas State or Troy or Western Kentucky but not consistently in the SEC where you must constantly iterate.

It's unreal how bad of a rut Auburn has put our program into by holding onto him for this long. He should've been gone in 2016.
