Yes, it needs it’s own thread.

It’s crazy... he doesn’t have to make every catch but damn at least look like you’re trying out there. It sucks because he seems to be open a lot.

I don’t get how he gets so much play time. He must have pics of CKS in compromising situations.

It really did look like he was just on a stroll. No effort.

Foo -

We need a highlight feel of Landers not giving a shite. You know, the ones where he skips around like he's playing a game of red rover. Post it on the twitters. It will go viral. Landers will feel inspired to prove everyone wrong. Suddenly becomes best receiver on the team. $$$ profit.

He's beat out some highly recruited guys and he's obviously proven himself
in practice.

Not defending the guy but the coaches see em slot more than we do.

If it doesn’t translate to game day Kirby might want to rethink his strategy with Landers.

This isn’t a one game issue, more like a 15 game issue.

I hate watching him short arm and generally not sell out for the ball.

2019 Lowlight List

Murray St
3rd - drops a 5 yd pass that was easily catchable

Arkansas St
1st - Runs bad route, then extends one arm as he fails to catch 25 yr pass that Fromm delivers to sidelines. Announcer openly discusses Lander’s tendency to extend only one hand when catching passes.
2nd - Commits holding which nullifies a 15 pass gain to Blaylock - announcer calls it ‘blatant’ holding
2nd - Extends one arm (does not dive for) failing to catch a 30 yard pass from Fromm - announcer asks why

Notre Dame
1st - Landers performs a dangerous buzz-by forcing Simmons to bobble but catche a ND punt.
1st - Another Landers buzz-by causes Simmons to muff the fair catch. ND recovers and then scores a TD
2nd - Landers loses 7 yards on an end around

Tennessee
3rd - on the TN 4, Landers commits a personal foul, moving the ball back to the TN 19

South Carolina
4th - runs bad route - cuts inward - Fromm throws a stop route - Landers not there - ball intercepted

Kentucky - did not play

Florida
2nd - extends both arms, then pulls back one arm (does not dive) to tip a Fromm 24 yd pass on the goal line
3rd - Landers caught HOLDING on a Swift 37 TD run that would have made the score 23-3

Missouri
3rd - drops a 5 yard pass (he actually caught and then fumbled it (MO recovered), but the refs said incomplete)

Auburn
1st - tries and fails to catch a pass one handed from Fromm from 5 yds

Texas A&M - did not play

Georgia Tech
3rd - double short arms a catchable but high pass just as a defender approaches - imcomplete

LSU
3rd - drops a perfect 8 yd pass to him

Baylor
3rd - makes a nice catch for a TD

If there was someone more talented or who practices better they'd be getting snaps.

Not hard to figure out.

This is exactly what I said. Just a little effort and that is a td. He made 0 effort to catch that pass. He shouldn't even be on scholarship. I would rather run out a walk on that tries.

They are getting the snaps. He isn’t first string.

There are just no more on the bench atm.

I am saying do not let him in the game at all, he only causes problems.

Not exactly sure what you mean but there are guys like Blount and Bush that he keeps continually beating out and hes obviously holding off the incoming freshmen (sans Burton) for now.

Pissed me off that he didn't even at least dive for the ball.
