The biggest things that jump out at me for 2020 to 2019:
We are going from 8 starters over .9400 in the composite up to 12 (7 of those are 5 stars).
The second thing that jumps out at me for 2020 to 2019:
The quality of our 2nd string.
We are replacing Herrien with Cook/Milton.
We are replacing Stetson Bennett with Mathis/Daniels/Beck
We are going from five 3 stars in the second string to one.

I think Richt was loyal to a fault. Smart takes advantage of 1 year scholarships and recruits better on the front end.
