It will be interesting to see if the SEC allows the levee to break on this one.

It was pretty much the last line against total free agency.

Good. Should be fun to watch his shrimp dick get knocked into the dirt.

I still don’t quite understand why he left in the first place.

The toxic environment? So, going to play for the coach that was the key toxin in that 2015 UGA locker room is going to change everything.

Luke Ford had to sit out a year, after moving back home to play in-state, where a family member is dying. Eason had to sit out a year after playing a couple series in the first game of season.

NCAA needs to get their shite together.

Probably has something to do with suing the athletic department for $3M. Might be awkward around the locker room and whatnot.

And neither transferred within the same conference.

This sets an incredibly dangerous precedent.

Oh wow, I forgot about the incident that happened before he’d even committed to play here.

I agree 100%.

If anybody deserved an immediate release to play IMO it was Luke Ford. Family is far more important than football.

If Mayes went outside of the conference, I wouldn't care, but he didn't even make it out of the division. This just sets up any disgruntled player suing an institution to get an immediate release. Terrible precedent to set, and I hate it for Mayes. But Ford's situation pisses me off. NCAA is a joke.

If he gets to play it’ll just be that much more fun watching a 4 straight blowout of the Vols.

Our defense is going to completely brutalize that knuckle dragger.

So the lesson to future transferrees is to whine like crazy and make a national stink and you will get your way.

Ncaa will love this in the future.

I wouldn't count on that. Our DLine will have their hands full at Tennessee. They have two 5* tackles and Cade Mayes, and their LG was also a 5*.

They now have four 5* on their OLine if Mayes is cleared.

Fair point, and Mays is a good lineman I’ll admit.

But they still don’t have a proven QB. Against our D I’d be surprised if they score above 20

Pruitt is building a power at Tennessee. We still have the talent edge overall, but they worry me more than Florida does right now.

Sorry,UF is a bigger concern by a pretty big margin.

UT was manhandled by Bama,UF and us
and I suppose their best victory was against USC.I saw a slight turn around in their season last year but then I watched em vs Indiana...not even a little impressive and their offense wasn't close what they should have been by the end of the year.

We shall see

Big disagreement here. Florida will be better than Tennessee this year.

I think a lot of people are going to be surprised. They are probably a year away, but they will show major improvements this year. Their OTs are sophomores they have a couple of really good LBs that will be sophomores this year. They are still young but will have some very talented players with a ton of experience next year.

True, but their most talented players were all freshmen last season.

JJ Peterson and To'o to'o are legit at LB. Their biggest question marks imo, are along the DLine, WR and RB. They are far from a great team, but they will be good this year and really good next year.

I agree. But Tennessee is making bigger strides right now as a program overall. I meant more of a concern as a program overall. I just think Pruitt is doing a better job, and will do a better job long term. Just my opinion. They have gotten some really good players last couple of years.

I am not really familiar with UKs OLine. I know it is supposed to be good, but UT has four 5* players across their OLine and a 4*.

One of the Tennessee guys just tole me that Wanya Morris is still recovering from hip surgery, though, so that should slow them down a bit.
