Sure if you look at the entire country and participation rates are down but if you're just talking about a specific region and access to blue Chip kids I know there's more than you had 20+ years ago in each of the states I mentioned.

If we were referring to building a power at PAC 12 school like ASU or AU,I think you'd have a point about less players/talent

Alabama, Georgia, LSU, Ohio State and Clemson come out and poach the talent nationwide. If location was everything, why would Miami ever be bad?
