Cochran did a great job but I think like with a lot of things in life it was time to shake things up after a decade of the same thing.

Probably a win for both parties. We'll see.

Their strength and Conditioning was never an issue with Bama players. Anyone who throws Cochran under the bus is just looking for an alibi.

Nick Saban been a head coach for a long time and might that be close for him to retire? That will be happening sooner than you think.

Was thinking the same thing. it's not a matter of one winning and the other losing. If both see improvements, then who loses?

Major upgrade doesn't even begin to explain hiring the 2 people who invented how sports science is done now.
