The Big10 conference owns the TV rights to any Ohio State, Nebraska, or Michigan fball game. And, when your conference says no football this Fall, there isn't gonna be any OSU, Neb, or MIch fball UNLESS the BIg10 gives its permission.

So they have TV rights to their non conference games on the road? I don't think so.
