Tell them all they can play or pay for their own school. There are tons of high school players itching for a shot at D1 football not to mention backups that hit the transfer portal...replace all the “protesters”. It’s very simple.

Agree. Cut their scholarships. I'm sure lawsuits would ensue but I'd think it's pretty clear cut if one party doesn't hold up their end

I mean seriously I'm sure on their list of complaints is that the contact portion of football is too violent and possibly flags need to be allowed instead of tackling I'm just trying to think like the west coast and those pussies out there

I'm amazed at how stupid so many of you guys are around here
There are roughly 130 P5 + G5 FB Programs in the US, take away the 12 Schools in the Pac12 that leaves 115 other P5 & G5 Colleges (I took out the Service Academies) that have good enough FB Facilities for these guys to Transfer to and still have a shot at being an early round Draft Pick
All the P5 & G5 HCs earn at least 7 figures, and in order to keep their highly compensated Jobs they'll take a Pac12 Transfer in a NY Second if they think he can help them win Games and secure more years on his Contract
Yet you guys still post stupidity about taking scholarships and other bullshite that will never happen
This is very simple, THE PLAYERS HAVE LEVERAGE, lifelong dweebs & losers like you angry keyboard warriors will never have leverage over anything in your Life, including your GF or Wife (they're probably rationing out what little Sex you losers do get, so be thankful for that)
The mind of people that Legit control their own destiny and have some leverage over their destiny is totally different than angry nobodies like you guys

If they do that they'll have to compete with only kids who couldn't get a scholarship to other D1 schools.
Kids protest all the time. It's part of America.
Listen to what they say. If something has merit make a statement and try to form a compromise. If not, tell them why and help them develop a list of actionable requests that make sense in the real world.
These are still schools. Everything is an opportunity to teach.
