It's the people he hangs around with. Different crowd with different ambitions and he's still playing football instead of selling drugs on the street corner waiting on a cop in a bad mood.

I have multiple friends who have been arrested for a DUI that carry a strong work ethic as well as bold ambitions. They got DUI's because of momentary lapses in judgement. Not because their friends want to sell drugs on street corners.

Unless I’ve missed something, that’s a huge unknown here We know that he was arrested. For all we know, he’s the bad friend.

Again, these are small problems. He’s probably going to keep his spot on the team if this is it. Hopefully he learns
