Since 2000?

I understand the time constraint on the question. I’ll put it another way.

Ole Miss vs Bama all time is .200.

Citadel vs South Carolina all time is .229.

Is it really that much of an upset?

Only two of those losses happened after 1950. One in 2015 and one in 1990.

But no it wasn’t really an upset. We didn’t have a coach against a triple option team and we won 3 games.

yes. Would Tulane beating LSU not be an upset simply because they've won 26% of their games against LSU all-time? Or is the context of when/how the loss happened more important?
