I mean, do we really need a different coach for the Inside and outside linebackers.


Soon, every single player will have his own coach.

Agreed, I would much rather have a second DB coach then LB coach. I also thought Pogue's experience was defensive backs.

Also, I'm not so sure Steele wouldn't leave for another job. Have to remember last year there were no coordinator press conferences each week and that's a big thing for assistant coaches that want to show how they handle questions and interacting with the press in case they want to be a Head Coach. I'm not saying either way is right or wrong, letting assistants in press conferences each week or not letting them. Doesn't matter to me but for upward growth it's really good for assistants to be seen and heard. Only takes one person, an AD from another school, to say I like how this guy handles himself.

Then we would be like east miss jr college...just sayin...

seems they have so many assistants that they have a coach per player.
