so Burrow and Haskins were competing directly for the starting job at Ohio State and Burrow lost and had to transfer.

Tua was only a freshman, and before the year was out he replaced the previous season's SEC offensive player of the year, who also had to transfer.

Why this?

Because Tua was elite from his freshman year, and Burrow was not.

It only took him 98% of the season.

False.

In their freshman seasons, Tua completed 63.6% of his passes, Joe completed 78.6% of his passes.

Tua threw one touchdown per 11 pass attempts, Joe threw one touchdown per 14 pass attempts.

Tua threw one interception per 38.5 pass attempts, Joe threw none.

So then Tua must have won several national championships and Heismans as a starter then right?
