This guy may have a crazy work ethic, get coached up, and turn into a player for y’all. You never know.

Actually, as well as we have recruited some of our better players have been 2 or 3 stars (as is the case for most schools other than Bama). Reed, Kindley, Cager and Crowder just this year. So, it is possible this kid could work his way up.

We have been short on numbers for interior OL in 2019 and 2020. This is a roster move that probably was needed.

Don’t think it’s any coincidence both Kinnie and McConkey are stellar students either. Even if they don’t pan out on the field, they help Georgia in APR

Just filling out the class now. Kinnie is actually being looked at as an interior Olineman. We just aren't in it for anybody that is left. I mean, we have Broderick Jones and VanPran signing today, but nothing new other than depth people.
Our average recruit ranking is going to suffer a little today.

Exactly this. You just hope the coaches saw something and can develop the late signees.
I have heard/read that he was a late bloomer and they think he can continue to get better.

Yep.
2019 had the following 2/3 star starters:
Jordan Davis (unranked in composite)
Eli Wolf (2 star .7778)
JR Reed (3 star .7979)
Tae Crowder (3 star .8072)
Solomon Kindley (3 star .8408)
Matt Landers (3 star .8570)
Eric Stokes ( 3 star .8578)
Tyler Simmons (3 star .8822)
Lawrence Cager (3 star .8895)
Key backups
Brian Herrien (3 star .8489) 2nd string RB
Tyrique McGhee (3 star .8594) nickel starter in 2018
Justin Shaffer (3 star .8820) was the first off the bench at OL in 2019 and had key starts.
That is 9 out of 22 starters in 2019 and 3 key players for the past few seasons.
I dont think the SEC understands how the 2019 team was built.

But I was told Kirby doesn’t develop talent like real coaches such as Dan Mullen, just recruits a bunch of 5*s and wins in talent alone

Well, he is right. I mean LSU is signing Sedrick VanPran, McKinley Jackson and Jordan Burch to day, so it pales to who they are signing.

Thought this was about a uga commit, not UFs head coach. Weird.
