Georgia and Bama both got really big wins last night.... keeps us in the discussion of the NCAA Tournament. I still think both can only absorb around 5 more losses if they want a bid. That's going to be tough.

Bama's NET is up to #44 which is high enough to make the Tournament. However I think its going to be really tough to overcome the fact they have four losses to teams that currently project to fall outside the Field: #63 Rhode Island, #67 Iowa State, #119 North Carolina, and #141 Penn. They just got their first win over a projected at-large Tournament team. It's going to take more of those.

Georgia's NET is only #55. We need to get that up. The good news is we only have one loss to a team currently outside the Field: #61 Arizona State. And that win at #28 Memphis is going to help us down the road.

It's going to be fun to watch.

Worried about direction we're headed, and you go "But you're 4-0 in the conference", we pulled some nailbiters out against A&M, MSU and Arkansas. Winning is winning but we're in a really bad spot right now roster wise.

Marlon Taylor didn't travel to A&M, guess he will be out a while, our best defender. No idea when he will be back but when he played this year it was rough it looked like on him.

Charles Manning got hurt pretty bad at A&M, he is out about a month they said with surgery coming up now.

James Bishop has failed to appear in any of the last 5 games despite being a rotation guy the first 11 games and nobody knows why (injury/suspension).

That's almost our entire actual bench. So we're lucky in the respect our starting group remains in tact, but we literally have 1 guy to bring off the bench now in Andre Hyatt who is supposed to be a 3 point shooter but is 6 for 30 on the season from 3 ( ). We will be playing Marshall Graves, a former walk on guard a good bit as well as Courtese Cooper, who has no business playing in SEC games as well as our rotation guys right now.

We play @ Ole Miss this weekend, we could definitely lose.
