Do you really think a game that is as close to a home game as you can get is a bigger stage than playing away at Bama after they have owned LSU for 8 years? I assume Dabo isn't so naive.

It doesn’t matter what people think, dude. The team that plays the best, makes the most plays and the least mistakes and gets a few bounces their way will win. Who gives a shite what fans and talking heads say? It’ll be decided on the field. Jesus.

If they give up 4 scores before getting on the board like last game, it’s a wrap. And it won’t be fgs either.

What about the stage against Ohio State? You guys didn't seem all that ready for that. In fact, you were shook until the fake arse targeting call against man-woman.

Never in my lifetime have I seen a fanbase that truly believes that past performances by a different team determines the outcome of a game in the present.

Hey dumbass Clemson fans, this is the present, it’s the 2019 season, not the 2018 season. You don’t have 3 first round draft choices on your DL. We’re not Bama.

You have a different team, we have a different team. The past will not determine the outcome of this game you fricking retard.

I just know that there will be a lot of folks in Zimbabwe happy to be wearing those unused, unsold Clemson Championship shirts in the near future.

Alabama would never be an underdog in this game if they were on a 29 game winning streak and going for their 3rd national title in 4 years no matter how good Joe Burrow and LSU’s offense looked.

They might if they played in the ACC.

Hey. I think experience in big games is important. but experience does not mean the more experienced team will win. I mean a less experienced Clemson team beat a more experienced Alabama team last year.

This alone shows you have no clue what you’re talking about and your post game melt will be that much more sweet.

Stop being a fricking crybaby, nobody is disrespecting your whinny arse coach.

Line your big boys up on Monday and lets see if you got 30 in that tank.

If you think LSU fans are supposed to have some deference to your team then clearly you haven't been paying attention.

Either way, man up and stop crying like a little bitch

Does the number 29 ring any bells Nancy?

Experience in these games really isn’t a deciding factor. This is what many said prior to the Peach Bowl. OU had an advantage because they had been there and LSU was the star struck newbie; didn’t quite work out that way.

Don’t think it will matter in this game and if this is what you are hanging your hopes on, you’ve already lost.

LSU will not be intimidated by the atmosphere. They have a confidence that knows they can score and win. Down a score? Doesn’t matter. Up two scores? Doesn’t matter. They will play their game just like every other game.

The game gets played by players on the field. These players not the six or seven Clemson players from last year who are in the NFL.

The three top five opponents that LSU has played and beaten have all talked it up like you guys have. On the field they have proved to be second best.

Since it is the players on the field that play the game How exactly does a changed over roster somehow benefit from prior year results. How many tackles will those guys make. How many passes will DeShaun Watson complete

For LSU, The conference games and Oklahoma all tell us these players on this roster can face the best teams in two other power five conferences and prevail.. even dominate.

ACC bowl record 4 and 6. SEC 7 and 2. Clemson 24 Texas AM 10 in a game that was competitive in the 4 th quarter. LSU 50 Texas AM 7 in a game that was competitive for the first 8 minutes of the first quarter.

IMO no team that plays in this years ACC can claim to be the “best” program. Same nonsense Bama Georgia and Oklahoma said before playing us... playoff experience blah blah blah. 31 game home winning streak blah blah blah

Clemson is a very strong team. Just like Bama Georgia Oklahoma are very strong teams.

Crying for respect because you are the “best” program and defending champ makes you sound weak.

Clemson is going to test LSU deep. Clemson will throw the ball to TEttienne in space
Clemson will blitz Burrow. Clemson will try to,guard our slot receiver with a safety
These battles will determine the outcome... not a winning streak.. not the best program. .. not the defending champions.

Experience factor is kind of overrated in these games. Both teams usually come out a little nervous and tight, and both usually settle in after the first series or two.

If Bama were in this game they would have had to beat LSU, Auburn and Georgia and Oklahoma.. three top 5 and 4 top ten teams.

They would not be the favorite because they had a 31 game winning streak. They would be favored because of their 2019 resume.

The LSU players do not care at all about Clemson 29 game win streak. They care about the last four or five games played by this team with this roster. No doubt they have watched Last years Bama game for tendencies. But again on defense anyway those guys are gone.

Btw Burrow is not a one read first read guy like Fields and Tua. Burrow has a 70% completion rate when pressured.

This is why the game is played on the field.

15 games in, both teams have experience. Acting like the field changes for this game.
