ACC=SEC Matchups....

So, 1-1 for now. Miss state goes down to Louisville, Florida gets past Virginia. Kentucky-Va tech going on now.
Seems a lot of people are putting a lot of stock in these match-ups to really understand ACC competitiveness. But Miss State, Kentucky are not exactly in the upper tier of the SEC as opposed to Virginia playing for the ACC title.
None of this matters for the LSU Clemson game as far as I can see.....but talking heads really like to focus on the matchups.

It's a poor matchup that heavily favors the ACC:
Louisville (ACC #3) v. State (SEC #12)
Virginia (ACC #2) v. Florida (SEC #5)
Virginia Tech (ACC #4) v. Kentucky (SEC #11)
Louisville (ACC #3) v. State (SEC #12)
Virginia (ACC #2) v. Florida (SEC #5)

But wouldn't any sec team besides Vanderbilt finish second in the ACC. That's what I keep hearing, so why would it matter what they're ranked in the sec

The games have been competitive, and I get there are matchup discrepancies. But no one thought UVA would play UF that close. The ACC has actually impressed me. Nothing wrong with the SEC being great and the ACC also being better than we thought. It’s a lot of kids from the same areas for the most part.

Don't read anything into it. I am just making you look worse for the sole purpose of illustrating how shitty the ACC is.
But, Ole Miss did give you a "leg up" freebe. Otherwise, you would have clearly been #12, so yeah. And More Head sucks donkey arse and deserves to be fired.
