Clemson doesn't get eviscerated. The ACC (excluding Clemson) gets eviscerated. Everybody understands Clemson is an elite football team.

Like Dabo has recently said, we are at the time of the year when everyone is getting amnesia over the comments that have been made all year..

Clemson's schedule has had it thrown up all of the time as a dig at the program. I could understand if we were a new team to this level but we are the most established program in the playoffs this year and that should mean something. As great of a season as LSU has had, they have more to prove than Clemson because this team was still shitting their pants as kids the last time LSU was in the National Championship hunt and have no experience dealing with the distractions...

But please continue

Again, I don't think anyone is saying Clemson isn't a great team (certainly not very many people).

People are saying that Clemson literally played zero good teams the entire season and it is hard to judge HOW great a team they truly are because of it. And, they are #3 because their resume isn't anywhere close to LSU or Ohio State.

I don't understand why Clemson people seem to be so riled up by this.

Did you somehow miss the many, many posts about Alabama's weak arse schedule?

Quit whining, you are starting to sound like Dabo.

Yall have short man syndrome big time. There isn't a soul in America that doesn't think Clemson deserved to be in the playoff if they won all their games. Not even when yall were ranked 5th. yet....

Clemson fans were so butthurt over 5, they failed to see who was ahead of them, and how if they kept winning things would shake out. NOW you guys, and your coach, are continuing to whine about placement. Yall haven't looked like the best team all year, I don't care how many blowouts you've had, LSU has been incredibly impressive, so 2 or 3 doesn't matter. Just be happy youre in and enjoy it, instead of getting up in arms every week about something irrelevant

what you seem to be doing is resting on last year's accomplishments and expecting everyone to consider those over what has transpired this year.

Regarding LSU, of course, LSU had to prove more to get into the CFP than other teams based upon recent history. Most people think LSU has done that considering all the wins against top 15 teams (4). Therefore, LSU is ranked No. 1.

Clemson didn't play a team that allowed them to prove they are great this year. And while Clemson won it all last year, things change from year to year. And Clemson hasn't gotten a chance to prove it this year, based upon a weak schedule.

And I'm quite appalled that Clemson's players were shitting their pants when they were 10-13-year-olds. That's pretty gross. But I guess it does begin to make sense of the level of immaturity your fan base is showing by not understanding the current conversations and trying to manufacture 'subliminal messages' where none exists.
