Art Green no longer visiting this weekend, supposedly not going to qualify for SEC as he’s missing the college Algebra requirement.

We are not looking so hot on Oline recruits. Hoping this changes. I don't doubt Pittman on Oline at all, but he may have not had enough time this year to do some work needed there.
Florida state, Ole Miss, GA looks to be getting 3 we were on. Hope it changes!

We definitely got worked on the OL. Wish they would have cast a wider net and perhaps pursued some transfers.

Which one is ole miss likely to get now?
Posted on 1/25/20 at 11:47 am to Hawgnsincebirth55
Marcus Henderson to Ole Miss
Robert Scott to Florida State
Newest offer decided not to drop his Mizzou or State visit to visit us.
That leaves Jalen St. John and he’s taking all his visits so he’s not a sure thing either.

Well at least it looks like we have a good number of linebackers, that’s an issue we’ve been struggling to recruit for years. Maybe we can find one more lineman somewhere late or in the grad transfer market and then over recruit them next year

every year we miss on olinemen is another year were set further back.
its the core problem of our offense. and if the pittboss cant fix it then the other positions become harder to recruit

I think going forward we will but we had to have known recruiting in general was gonna be difficult this first year

This Online circumstances is worrisome. Not like I expected miracles, but no apparent transfers, jucos, or us players, so basically nothing for an already crap Oline.... add to that it can take 2-3 years to come up to speed to be useful when and if you get some capable players, add to that coming up on 10 years of crap football... going to be reallll hard to care...

Just sucks that we’ve fallen so low that even Pittman can’t win us recruiting battles against Missouri and Mississippi State of all programs now.

doom and gloom seems likely. not looking good
but let's wait till signing day and reassess

He has the ability to coach us what we got so get us some playmakers and defense and go after elite OL next year

I think we will get Hornsby That my friends would be awesome!

and.... FSU Insider Christopher Nee just put in a CB for St. John to the Hogs about an hour ago. Given his last OV was supposed to be to see Tallahassee, this might suggest that the visit has been cancelled. I think the 'Noles have 4 OL already signed or committed, right?

Danny West said he talked to Jalen tonight and he is still planning on going on his visit to FSU and he is still a take there at this time

Robert Scott looking promising as well. "It went amazing. It was not what I expected,” Scott said. “As much as I've been to Fayetteville, this is the most I've seen because all I've been to was the stadium, go to camp and then go back home. So, this was a different and I'm glad I got a chance to see this. Now I know when I make my decision, I know what I'm looking for."
Scott, who visited the Rebels last month and the Seminoles last week, had plenty of positive things to say about his time with Sam Pittman’s new staff on the Hill.
"They really showed me that I need to stay at home,” Scott said. “You can tell that they care about their players, especially this new staff. Just the vibe was different. It was a good vibe.
"It's crazy, because the word around town is they're going to get me where I need to be and help me develop into a great offensive lineman."
