If Texas was healthy, I would think Texas would be down and would probably win that game.
Texas is the opposite of healthy right now. I think they would probably lose the game in their current state, and I think Texas has more reason to not want the game than A&M or the SEC.

SEC won't send aggie to play any BIG XII team in the Texas Bowl that recruits well in the state of TX. They're the golden goose for your conference's recruiting in that state.
2014 they sent Arky to play Texas.
2015 they sent LSU to play Tech.
2016 they sent aggie to play K State. Kstate has no recruiting presence anywhere, and certainly not in TX.
2017 they sent Mizzou to play Texas.
2018 they sent Vandy to play Baylor.

Texas A&M and that lowborn whorn trash will never play in a lower tier bowl game. Fact is it will have to be a CFP game before they play. Way too much bad blood between the Universities.
