I don't think the actual radar is on the radar given the general knowledge and sophistication of our fanbase.

I think Norvell is in "wait and see" mode, but still in the mix. I think we have to hope FSU chooses someone else in order to get him. Supposedly there has been renewed contact with his people within the last 48 hours.

Kiffin sure has a lot of steam, and he would be one of the few we could announce sooner than later. He would probably skip out on his championship game if HY made that a must. His name is the only one that hasn't died down since the beginning, even with the guys I talk to.

Fickell is slowly sliding down the list, I don't think he's too viable anymore. That may have been a Steinmetz special to begin with.

Other message boards seem to think Campbell is in the mix, I don't think so. I also saw where a certain mod on HiV claimed the hire was made and it would be announced early next week; I also don't think that's the case.

I'd say we should start to hear legit leaks in 7-10 days with an announcement coming shortly after the name drops.

Kiffin is definitely still in the mix, as yes... so is Campbell.

Norvell has softened his so called hard stance against us from the past... But his arrogance hasn't helped his cause.

I did last night, but not today. There is one major faction that wants to wait a bit longer to see if Campbell will definitely latch on.

frick em, you don't get to be arrogant like that when you've obviously been passed over several times. Dude's overrated anyway. He has more talent to work with than basically all of his conference opponents.

I disagree, there is room for change in the west. Ed O is doing great this year with an amazing QB, but their D is gone.

Hard to predict their future, except for the fact that they will always recruit.

Saban has to be done soon. They could just plug another guy in, or things could unravel quick because he's not Saban. The next coach that takes that job is crazy.

Gus is hit or miss.

I think if we get Kiff, he could set things up nicely for 2 or 3 years down the line.

People that say he won't work aren't thinking about the fact that right now is when the west is about to change into a new era.

Campbell would be great, but I like the fact that Kiff can recruit and coach. I think it sets up nicely considering the uncertain near future of the west.
