Talked about as well when Ohio State won the CFP Title in 2014 with a 3rd string qb with last name Jones

Thanks brother.
Everyone chill.
Like Decker said the fracture is thought to be smaller but they are saying things like 13-16 weeks of recovery.

I just hope he does recover. It's this kind of stuff that makes me want to stop following sports.

To what end? He'll go pro if he's physically able.

That's not great, but it might be the best possible outcome for the situation. That leaves Tua and his family with a huge decision. Take the money or gamble with coming back.

I agree. It's not just football. Seeing these devastating leg injuries in basketball are horrible as well.

At this point, the only thing that matters is Tua's health and life/career going forward. Bama football is secondary at this point.
Tua gave his all and then some for this university. Dude's a legend if he never plays another snap.

Breaking News: Tua Tagovailoa is out for the season with a dislocated hip with a posterior wall fracture, a person with knowledge of the situation tells me.

Gary just said that if Bama beats Auburn with M Jones, they belong in the 4 team playoff....will be a more impressive win
There is certainly some truth to that. Bama's win over Auburn at Auburn in this scenario would be a helluva lot more impressive than Oregon's loss to Auburn on a neutral site.

Thanks.
Well dang. He will recover and will come back. Needs to redshirt and be back in 2021

Could just be me getting older, but it's one of the reasons I don't really get worked up about sports anymore. Especially college.

Uhh, no, he's not going pro if he's not gonna be drafted until the 5th round.
