LSU: The Backdoor Champions

Pretty ironic that LSU fans would be so adamantly against Alabama making the playoff, considering no team has ever backdoored their way into a title shot more than them in 2007.
Just a reminder, that team gave up 50 in a home loss to Arkansas.
Kansas, Oklahoma, and Missouri all had an argument against the Tigers making it, but it fell on deaf ears and LSU became the only 2-loss BCS champion.

Backdoor as in winning the West division and winning the SEC Championship + slaughtering a Big East Champion in the regular season or then going on to curb stomp OSU in the National title? I dont think you know what backdoor means

we also won our division and conference by playing ranked teams in the conference and beating them.

Look at all the fear in this thread. LSU doesn't want the 4 best teams because they know they got lucky once and it won't happen again.
