I think you need to learn to read.

PFF says Jake Fromm leads all QBs in overall grade.

PFF says Joe Burrow is the top QB in college football.

They aren’t contradicting themselves.

Just went to PFF's website and they made a list subjectively ranking the top QB's in CFB so far, the other list is an objective list based on their grading algorithms. Now whats awkward?
