Mike White will be disappointing quite a few fans this annum imo

Bama will be much improved. Got Kyra to stay and added a really good class. Top 3 coach in SEC now too.

Maybe this will be the year he finally beats Barnes again

This is a huge stretch

We are getting cbs for top players already for next year. People believe in this guy. I think we are looking at a perennial tournament team in Tuscaloosa with this guy at the helm.

I'm not out on your guy as being a good coach for the program going forward, but I wouldn't feel comfortable casually saying with any sort of confidence he's even a top 10 SEC coach right now.

Possible. We only play UT once and it is right after UK in Rupp and LSU at home. Sucks that we don't play twice.

I think Oats is a major improvement over Avery but I would pump the brakes on top 3 until he proves it

I'm surprised Tennessee is ranked. We lost a lot and that schedule is tough.

Not at the moment. Have to put some on the court success with that recruiting, otherwise you're no different than Penny Hardaway.
Plus, he's in a conference with a coach who has won a National Championship (John Calipari), multiple coaches who have gone to a Final Four (Bruce Pearl, Rick Barnes, Ben Howland, Frank Martin, Tom Crean). And that's without taking into consideration what some of the newer coaches have done thus far.
He's not close to Top 3 until he produces on the court.

Maybe one day Mike White will match Rick Barnes amazing grand total of 1 Final Four in 32 years.

Rick Barnes and Mike White have missed the NCAA Tournament the same amount of times since 1993 and Mike White has only been coaching since 2011.
