It's the kiss of death. You lose to The Citadel, and the next thing you know Will Muschamp is your coach

Funniest thing is they scrap the triple option only to be beat by a team that runs the triple option

So the Citadel has more P5 wins than South Carolina?

Yeah but we have more FCS wins than the Citadel, so who’s the real winners here

I don't know the timing of this, but why in the world did Georgia Tech hire Geoff Collins?

He doesn't seem to have anything noteworthy on his resume.

Long term: GT will be fine. They now have a coach that can recruit in Ga and doesn’t play the option.

A conundrum indeed.

They are going to miss Paul Johnson. At least with the triple option they dictated the pace of the game and kept themselves in many contests they otherwise wouldn't have been in.

He took them to a few ACC title games, a BCS bowl, as well as a NY6 bowl. They even won the ACC outright back in 2009. I don't think we will see them doing that again for quite awhile.

When there are literally hundreds of shite posts in a single day and you still manage to be the worst of them all.

You have a rare talent for the shittiest of shite posters cyclingout.

No they aren't.

It will just take a couple seasons before they can fully transition the offense.
