I've never seen a sweep where every lineman blocked straight on and not a single one pulled

That looks like an RPO, run pass option where he read run then had an additional option outlet.

It's not an RPO. It's definitely not a sweep. It's a traditional QB-FB-HB run triple option out of a wing/bone formation. Very similar to the service academies

A toss sweep is not defined by the lineman's action like a trap. The play shown is undoubtedly a toss sweep. Only odd thing about the action v a traditional toss sweep is the QB normally turns opposite of the sweep side before completing his turn and tossing the ball to freeze any defenders who's key read is the QB at snap.

Ah ok, I guess if Citadel never throws, then it is a triple option.
