I just didnt see a pass option. They could certainly have one/ add one to the same play tweak and it's a "quadruple option" . The three runs option is the base play

In a toss sweep, the QB turns around and almost immediately tosses the ball underhand to the tailback, who has already begun running (sweeping, nay) in the direction of the play. The idea being to give the tailback a running start.
The play shown is without a doubt a traditional triple option play.
