Either stick with hicks or when he goes to starkel stick with starkel don’t go back and forth

Well, we weren't looking great with Hicks, so they tried Starkel and then he threw a pick. Not really surprising.

from watching hicks inst gonna work out. starkel has the arm but need the game management of hicks and to be more careful about picks. starkel seems like he will learn that let's roll with him hes got an arm that doesnt throw like a limp noodle atleast

The common denominator with the 6 QBs that have all sucked the last couple of years.
