Probably neither of them. I'd imagine Mckinney or Jennings will make all the calls. What's worrisome is that our two best remaining ILB's are both true freshmen

If true, no championship this year. About to have 2 true freshman ILB starting.

I’m guessing Shane Lee takes his spot

This is a knockout type blow, to be honest. The only good news is that it happened this early and not mid-season, but it's still a death blow.

Apparently he tore his ACL and it’s actually not just a rumor

Bama has been hammered by injuries 4 years in a row now.

Outside of Tua he was far and away our most important player this year.

The sky isn't falling though. By the time we hit the meat of our schedule those freshmen will be seasoned football players. We still have the offensive talent to run the table to Atlanta. A&M will be a test early. Survive that one and we should be okay. By the time December rolls around, they're freshmen in name only

The way I look at it we got 5 games before we get to Our first “major” test. (I think we beat South Carolina easily) hopefully Lee and Harris have it figured out by then

Aaron Suttles on Twitter reporting ‘severe injury’ to Moses last night. Is he reliable? I honestly don’t know.

What an absolute gut punch. Feels like deja vu but ILB this year.

It's still a massive blow. No way around it. 2 brand new, untested guys in the middle is quite plainly a nightmare.

Oh well, it is what it is.

Huge body blow to the defense....the type that totally changes the season IMHO. Don't know how you overcome losing both MLB's before the first game is even played

"IF" true, hope he heals 100%

it's just bad luck man. We notice it because we follow the program. Georgia fans would tell you to join the club because they lose a stud running back every season.

Marshall, Gurley, Chubb, White all dealt with serious injuries in Athens

I'm legitimately pissed.

From 2007-2016, how many severe injuries did our linebackers suffer? The only one I can think of is Hightower in 2009. We have lost four or five linebackers to injury in the last two years. Coincidence? I think not. This *has* to be a conditioning thing.

Right. Once you’ve played into November in the SEC West, you’re not a freshman any more.

The nightmares of inexperienced guys filling the wrong gaps and giving up gaping holes are all coming back, except now it's both spots in the middle.

Goodness gracious.
