I want objective opinions on Franks' play.

Florida fans are already making excuses for him.
Do you think he did well? If you had to give him a grade tonight -- on field and off-field behavior, what would you give him?
Obviously I'll give him an F+ because his stats were okay, but I really want to know what you guys think.

Trask is not any better. And Emory is another one of those "development" QBs that's probably 1 year from being 1 year away.

On-Field:
He made some good plays with his feet.
His decision making ability is the worst in the SEC
His arm strength isn't all that impressive
Off-Field:
He needs to shut up
His attitude demonstrates that he has no idea how bad he played
His teammates who bailed him out are likely to get sick of his shite quickly

No. He got lucky as hell Miami was starting a freshman QB and his DLine was giving him all kinds of trouble. He’s going to be up shite’s creek if he gets in a game where he has to score at will. He forced way too many throws late in the game.
How many times did Toney get the ball in the 2nd half? Him not getting significant touches was a failure on offense across the board.

He’s a worse Jordan Jefferson. Jefferson could actually beat Alabama and I don’t think Franks would have a snowballs chance in hell at beating Bama

I'm a Florida fan but I think I'm capable of being objective--
Franks resorts to bad tendencies when he feels pressure. He locks on to receivers. He makes bone-headed decisions. He has above game manager talent but it's offset by his poor decision making. He can make big throws but he is a liability especially under duress.
They need to get the run game going to help him out but he will always be a liability when the defense blows up the game plan.

That's fine.
Let's develop them, let's get them in the game. Franks has zero future at this position and other Florida fans have gotta wake up. The excuses are already coming and we gotta snuff them out.
This product is unacceptable.
We won, barely won, against a team that very well might not even bowl if they were playing in the East. If we have another slop filled game like this where our offense can't move because no one is afraid of our passing game we're fricked.
