Perhaps something like that. If he actually did play at UA, it could be something happened that pissed him off. I think he said before that he was a walk on, so the fact he didn't play shouldn't be surprising. Maybe a starter screwed his girlfriend. Maybe another player insulted his boyfriend. It could have been any number of things. I got mad at my head coach in spring practice and, like a dummy, I didn't even play my senior year. I still regret that because, actually, the coach was right and I was wrong, but I still don't like him or even the school. I like my daughter's school more than I do the one I attended.

How many players in the last ten years would have gone to Bama if not for Saban? That alone tells you that a lot of players are more loyal to their coaches than their school. It’s the people that matter, not buildings and uniforms.
I played for Dabo, and I like Dabo. I also like Alabama. I’m fine with either winning. But you guys who have never done anything but tailgate and cheer in the stands know everything.
