Who cares. These guys have a "hot take" every day.
He was one step behind the first half of the dynasty. He’d do legitimately everything he could to downplay what Alabama was accomplishing.
Alabama eventually became SO goddamn dominant that he had to acknowledge it. The second he acknowledged it he started claiming the dynasty was over EVERY chance he got/gets.
I like Collin. But he truly can’t speak about Alabama without selling out and going against his morals.
He loves dominance/dynasties
He LOVES good coaching
He loves big brands
He loves consistency and teams with structure
Literally everything Alabama stands for right now is EXACTLY what he values in life. Something is up with the way he covers Alabama. I think it has to do with him hating the South and Alabama being a big symbol of the Deep South.

Chadd Scott an AU psycho was his producer at ESPN. I'm sure he perverted CC's view of Alabama. Scott was, maybe still is, legitimately sick when it comes to Alabama. As Jimmy Johnson, wikipedia founder, said, Alabama's success in football has driven AU insane. CC also has little regard for the South, but he doubles down on Alabama.
