Doesn't have to be a well known bust. But who were you convinced would light it up in the NFL and, for whatever reason, they didn't?

I know most people think Trent Richardson when it comes to Alabama, but for me it was Keith McCants. He was all everything in college. I thought he was a can't-miss. Boy was I wrong...

Buster Davis
Mingo hasn't done much
Jeremy Hill hasnt't done much (hard to come back from this injury)
I thought Sam Montgomery was going to be a steal when drafted in 3rd round. Nope.
As stated above, Michael Clayton didn't do much. Was one of my favorite players growing up.

Bo Jackson

Only because of the career ending injury. I really was looking forward to what he could do.

Derek Sherrod and Johnthan Banks. Most of the others have either met or exceeded expectations.

Sam Montgomery got drafted in the 3rd round and I don't think he's ever played a single down of NFL football. I'm not counting preseason.

Yes, but to this day I have not enjoyed watching baseball as much as I did when Bo Jackson played.

I thought Mo Claiborne was going to be a great pro, though he's still in the league 8 years in so I guess you can't call him a total bust.

Certainly 1a & 1b; any list has to have Blaine Gabbert since he was a #10 pick

Rolando McClain. He would be a star in the league if he wasn't a basket case.

I guess Troy Wilamson?
For where he was drafted
He’s the second highest picked Gamecock of all time (7th)

But I do feel like a lot of us didn’t think he was worthy of that pick, and he’d be a bust
He was taken that high due to his 4.3 40 time and

We haven’t had many first round picks and of them they really have had solid NFL careers

Glen Dorsey, although a tip of the hat on that probably goes to Auburn's Chaz chop blocking Ramsey.

I loved watching him in both. Just a tragic end to what could have been a HOF‘er for two sports.
