These kids are on diet plans. The easiest way to motivate them is with some steak and potatoes and if they work hard twinkies or cake at the end of the week

When even your highlight tape makes you look lazy there's a problem.
I don't think he should have gone to Bama. He should head to FSU or Miami or even Oklahoma where his potential compared to the rest of the defensive roster is worth the extra investment of time and attention. A coach with a roster full of equally talented and highly motivated young men is wasting effort giving this kid special attention.
