Discipline = freedom, while sad he should've stayed away from so much food.

Sounds like you’re battling weight and health issues. I can’t emphasize this enough- get your fricking shite together, dude. As soon as you see 5-10 lbs off you’ll have more motivation. Give yourself 30 fricking days of healthy eating and exercising minimum 3 days a week. If only 3 days, do it for 1.5 hours. Go 5 days for 30 min. Just do it. If you die because “it’s hard to lose weight” then you have no one to blame but yourself.

A good start is to remove added sugars from your diet and no alcohol for a month. You’ll see results quickly and it should help with motivation.

ETA for the couple downvotes, I’d be curious what you disagree with within my post or if you are just out of shape and don’t like hearing that you’re gonna die from your fatness

Did anyone even known he was deathly ill before his actual death?

I don't remember seeing any mention of it here.

Always liked watching him play. He was fun to watch.

Just focus on moving your body every day. It doesn’t matter what it is. Just get out that door. Don’t try and be perfect.

Sorry, I actually weigh 450 pounds and it makes me feel better to fat shame people behind a computer screen. My computer life and real life are 2 different things FML.

There’s a difference between “fat-shaming” and being realistic ab the consequences of being fat. Being fat does kill people, but calling names and being vindictive ab it doesn’t do anything to encourage people who are obese to seek help.

He also took shitloads of Ephedra to keep the weight off while in college. Not trying to bash the guy, but im sure this had some affect on his heart.

It's a good example to take care of yourself. He really didn't and it cost him at an early age.

Disciplining yourself can be the toughest thing to do. He was like so many players that go astray when they leave a "controlling" environment. His was weight.
