Not even close, is that better?

clemsons offense was ranked 32nd in 2017. many consider
mizzous in the 15-20 range.

That's because Kelly Bryant was the friggin QB.

lol, in 2017 you guys had a well below average TE - compared to our 1st round TE, a lesser #1 WR, and a lesser RB. Im not sure how your Oline was in 2017, but ours is around 5th in the country going into next season. KB doesn't have to do alot, thats the fun part

Bryant will have the most athletic TE in the history of college football to dump it off to -- that's not a homer comment, it's the truth. He'll also have a SR slot receiver who could break all time WR records at Mizzou this year. That combo mixed with the other weapons is tantalizing. You should worry.

I worry because it's going to be a stressful game. SEC RANT Smack talk aside, the Mizzou game is one I look forward to every year because something crazy almost always happens.

What I have drawn out of the Clash of Columbias is that Mizzou is almost always super talented at the skill positions, usually has a stout front 4, and lacks the mental toughness to win the hard games.

Just look at the Shawshank Redemption, last year's Monsoon game, even the 2017 game where Mizzou almost doubled SCar's yardage but still lost. When the going gets tough, Mizzou folds.

I know this is a joke, but with Rawlings sitting at 6,800' lots of teams have trouble with the altitude there. There's about 20-25% less atmospheric oxygen in Rawlings than in CoMo (ele. 750'). That's not insignificant.

I get you are a Missouri guy and are thinking rainbows and unicorns but you are just not correct. The same reason Bryant lost his job after 4 games with Freshmen WR's that lit Alabama up is the same reason Clemson's offensive stats were way down.

Alabama ate kelly Bryant for lunch because the quickly realized they could stack the box and dare him to throw.

I guess its a good thing that players never improve, progress, or mature.

Maybe we should just shoot the bum ?

I hope KB does a good job. But he couldn't thrive with a national championship offense loaded with NFL WR's and one of the best RB's in the nation. I dispute the 2017 Clemson offensive comparison because KB was a big reason for that because he can't throw accurate deeper passes beyond 15 yards. Once he sails a few or get picked he first choice will be to tuck and run. Mizzou will win some games with a running QB..just don't expect him to sling the ball all over the place.
