This investigation will be used in November as THE reason L9U loses by 30 to daddy Tide.

The Cecil Newton Rule closed that little loophole.
The NCAA Legislative Council on Wednesday officially passed a new rule designating any parent as an agent if he or she is found to be soliciting the services of a son or daughter to an NCAA institution
NCAA adopts "Cecil Newton Rule"

But it didn’t close the 4 year statute of limitations the NCAA has.

Their are exceptions to this rule, and this case falls under those exceptions.
Best hope for LSU fans is that it can be shown that it was for things other than playing football etc.

Not beating Bama in awhile equates sucking? LSU obviously hasn’t been paying as much for as long is more like it.Your turn
