Of 2019? For an assault that occurred over a year prior? How on earth would that be taken as credible enough to warrant a dismissal?

Bye Felicia. Surprised it’s just now hitting the surface but sounds like she has medical records and pics to back up the allegations and clearly there’s enough for Kirby to dismiss him.
