I’m looking for some legit highlights. Anybody on a Reuben foster level this year?

Sa’vell Smalls. Closest to Reuben you will find in this class (may never see another Reuben Foster in college ever again)....Guy was out there for pure violence

Reuben Foster was at Alabama from 2013-16 IIRC... Targeting has existed since 2008ish with the ejection penalty being added in 2013. Not sure the targeting rules have much to do with anything here relative to OP?

I’m well aware, I mentioned foster because his high school film is incredible and I’m curious if there are any prospects this yr that play similar
