Whats brutally hilarious is losing to Southern and Northwestern St. in the same season as preseason #1. The same Northwestern who lost 19-2 against Arkansas last night.

That's cool. Baseball regular season games. How about when it matters? This happens every year with LSU baseball. They play strong to end the year.

You mean besides our 45 NCAA national titles? Which, I might add, is the most in the SEC?
We have so much hardware its not uncommon to see titles sitting out in the hallway because we've run out of room to display them.

The envy is understandable. Here is an Arkansas team projected to finish 4th-5th in the division in what was supposed to be a rebuilding year after making the CWS Finals leading the West with an RPI of 3. Sights set on a second straight National Seed.
Meanwhile, it's been 667 days since LSU baseball was invited to play in Omaha. They came into the season ranked #1 in some respects with many expecting them to challenge for the conference title. Yet here they are with no pitching losing to the likes of Missouri and Texas while just trying to stay in contention to host. That would drive even the most courteous of fanbases to jealousy.
