Hard for me to call any mid-major coach with no P5 experience a great hire, IMHO.

eh, as far as mid major hires go this is a decent one. i wouldnt be too frustrated with the hire

i dont know much about him so i cant specifically comment on him like i have for others but his resume seems ok for a prove it hire
