Mr. Wade, did you at any time acting in the capacity of a representative of LSU, facilitate through an intermediary to arrange inducements of any kind that would fall outside the established rules and regulations of LSU/SEC/NCAA to provide impermissible benefits to a prospective student-athlete, their parent, legal guardian, or the intermediary in exchange for the prospective student-athlete's acceptance of an athletic scholarship to LSU?

Mr. Wade, did you at any time act as a representative of LSU and while doing so did you enter into a negotiation with the assistance of an intermediary, arrange inducements of any kind with a prospective student-athlete, their parent or legal guardian in exchange for a prospective student- athletes acceptance of an athletic scholarship to LSU?
