Is Rick Stansbury a possibility?

As he was Mississippi State's former head coach and a former assistant under Kennedy, I'm curious, does he have a legit shot?
He imo is the reason why Kennedy was able to recruit and his coaching got A&M to that Sweet Sixteen. At Mississippi State I can tell you he will always have a place in my heart as my favorite coach. It was a mistake for us to force him out.
Anyways I know there's a coaching search thread but I didn't see his name and thought this deserved legit discussion.

There's a healthy appreciation of what he helped us accomplished, and anything is possible, but I'd be pretty surprised if he ended up being the guy.
There are rumors he left on not-great terms and he jacked our best recruit on the way out, and then throw in his shady past and underwhelming tenure at WKU, and I just don't see it happening
