He might be good for short yardage, but he's certainly no homerun threat.


My guess is similar to Elijah, he'll be hell to bring down for less than 4-6 yards, and good chance he can go for 10-15 regularly... 20+ is likely only on busted defensive assignments or breaking a tackle on the edge for example.

Yeah I pegged him as a Holyfield clone over on DN, too.

People are like, "He looks faster than 4.8 in his film!", but the fact every single high school DB is easily running him down literally every run means he really is that slow.

BUT, dude has elite lateral and stop/start agility, plus great vision, as well as great contact balance. If our OL is having a tough time opening up holes against any DL's, Edwards will probably shine in those games because he'll create short yardage where it shouldn't exist.
