Chad Morris and the Arkansas Razorbacks have a new Director of Recruiting.
Per multiple sources, Larry McDonald, who previously served as Texas A&M's assistant Director of Recruiting, is the hire and was seen at Arkansas' first spring practice on Friday afternoon.
McDonald began his career at Texas A&M as a personnel assistant in January of 2017. According to Texas A&M's official website, McDonald, "graduated from Fayetteville State University in 2012 with a Bachelor of Science in Health and Physical Education and is currently pursuing his Masters of Science in Sports Management at Texas A&M University. Prior to joining the A&M staff, McDonald worked for Cumberland County Schools as a Health and Physical Education Teacher."

The only thing I like about it is that he's been apart of the Texas A&M program and they have been recruiting their nuts off, so hopefully some of that rubs off up here.

I would guess he has some Texas connections that Chad wants to exploit.
