You think they're not serious with all of this but that's what makes them so great. All of this shite is 100% real.

The gay cult just makes it way too easy. That is a weird place and nothing will ever change that.

Don't worry they have a website to explain it all
History of Pull Out Day:
This is the day when all the sophomores get together to have a mass “pull-out,” in which we “pull-out” the junior privilege of whooping. It is a day-long event that occurs in the late spring. Traditionally this event has coincided with a baseball or basketball game, but that is completely up to the class. In the past, class members have thrown out the ceremonial first pitch, there have been sections roped off specifically for the class, group pictures have been taken, and more.
The event was first held in spring 2004 for the Class of 2006.
So they have a class where they learn to whoop each other, pull out and take group pictures. But you don't qualify until you're a Junior.

Now you know (it's not that interesting):
'Pulling out' as it's referred to in OP's tweet is the act of an underclassmen in the A&M corps of cadets taking upperclassmen's privileges. This typically includes using the wildcat of the class above their own.
It's pretty boring stuff dressed up with attention grabbing terms: pulling out, hump it and red arse. All these sayings mean pretty tame things in practice but the terms given to them by the corps of cadets were put in place (at the time) by an all male military school. So you can imagine the type of humor that might have come from such an environment.
Non-regs (or non corps of cadets A&M students), which are the vast majority of the A&M student population, do not generally use these terms but are often aware of their meanings.
