This is a bit of a re-do of an older thread that I thought I'd go back and add current roles in the league.
Enjoy.
It would have been widely recognized (and probably still should) as the greatest defense to ever grace a college football field. And then Deshaun Watson happened. How good is that guy? Dear lord.
CB Marlon Humphrey - 1st round, 2017 Draft, Starting CB for the Baltimore Ravens
CB Minkah Fitzpatrick - 1st round, 2018 Draft, Starting CB for the Miami Dolphins
SS Ronnie Harrison - 3rd round, 2018 Draft, Starting SS for the Jacksonville Jaguars
FS Eddie Jackson - 4th round, 2017 Draft, Starting FS for the Chicago Bears
OLB - Ryan Anderson - 2nd round, 2017 Draft, Rotational player on the Washington Redskins' deep DL
ILB - Rashan Evans - 1st round, 2018 Draft, Starting LB for the Tennessee Titans
ILB - Reuben Foster - 1st round, 2017 Draft, will eventually be a starting LB for the Washington Redskins
OLB - Tim Williams - 3rd round, 2017 Draft, Rotational player for Baltimore Ravens when healthy
DE - Jonathan Allen - 1st round, 2017 Draft, Starting DE for Washington Redskins
DT - DaRon Payne - 1st round, 2018 Draft, Starting DT for Washington Redskins
DE - Dalvin Tomlinson - 2nd round, 2017 Draft, Starting DE for New York Giants
35-31
Enjoy.

They were so much fun to watch. Seemed like every game they scored a TD if not 2.

It was a great year. Hated how it ended for them. They would have been the undisputed "GOAT" team if they'd won. Looking at the list above, it would be for good reason.

Totally agree. frickin Sarkisian and Jalen's armpunts. I won't even get started. Anyway, they were an awesome defense to watch.

Redskins certainly thought highly of that Alabama Defense.

Seriously, it's kinda crazy. I think it will pay off for them. If they can find and keep a good healthy quarterback, they'll make some noise.

I feel like there has been a role reversal of sorts. It’s gone from the defense bailing the offense out to the offense bailing the defense out on the regular now.

Your anger should be turned to Joey Freshwater and his inability to be a professional for a few more weeks.

Both the 2016 and 2018 teams soon forgotten due to the Big Ole Trophy didn't fly home with them. 28-2.
SEC Champs is OK.

How does Coach Saban find a way to win with this kind of talent? Simply Amazing ??

Da'Shawn Hand was also in the rotation that year in 2016 and Started for the Detroit Lions.
The 2015 team had every single one of those guys plus Reggie Ragland, Ashawn Robinson, and Jarran Reed.
In 2015 Alabama had a better front 7 than half of the NFL teams.

How I imagine 2016 and 2018 U of SC fans...

And seriously what is with the "U of SC"?!? …

But you bring up a great point OP... That defense was loaded. It took some elite talent at the other end to offset the NFL roster yall were carrying....
DW4, Mike Williams, Hunter Renfrow, Jordan Leggett... those was some ballers.
