Well, look at it this way. We won't have to argue about this anymore. Sad to see such a talent leave the program without ever seeing what he could really do. We also probably lost Haselwood, but I hope I'm wrong.

That’s what’s weird. Rivals guys have acknowledged there have been conversations and were digging for more but never said one way or the other. This Wolken piece seems to have caught them by surprise. Curious to know who is source is any how they beat the local guys to the scoop.

It really is convenient to be causing this fricking drama 48 hours before early signing day. If he really is doing this he can screw off as far as I'm concerned. The time frame is absolutely a disgrace.

Exactly what I was thinking. Thought CKS had this under control to not discuss prior to the bowl game. What are the recruiting rules covering this? Someone's been in his ear.

Dumb move on his part considering he has to sit out a year, which unless Fromm sees himself as a 4 year guy. I dont see Fromm being here 4 years unless he really regresses in his junior year.

I can promise you that this coming out right at this time is an attempt to derail our class. Whether it be by Fields or another coach that slipped it out to media. It didn't just come from Kirby Smart or his staff.

Yeah I’m confused as to how Dan Wolken could get concrete info before anybody at Rivals/247/DawgNation. Between that and the fact he was at practice this afternoon, I’m gonna wait for somebody I trust to confirm before I believe it.

Fromm is a four year player. The most we'll get out of Fields, if he stays, is one year. He is DJ Shockley 2.0. A very talented QB who will have to wait his turn if he stays here.
